ABC Easy As 1 2 3.

Hello lovely bloggers,

I just finished Day 2 Week One of Blogilates and I feel wonderful.

This time I had to:
Wake up and do a 1 minute plank (check)
POP Pilates for Beginners (check)
ABC Abs (check)

The ABC Abs KILLED me! You should most def try it!

While I'm on this "weight-loss journey," I am drinking lots of water. I actually found a water that is supposedly supposed to help your appetite and help with weight-loss which I have been doing as well. It's actually pretty tasty because I really do not like fruit but this is delish.

The recipe is:

Fill your water bottle half way up with ice
5 Strawberries (Cut them in half) = 10
1 lemon (cut in half and use both) = 2
Mint leaves (I use however many)

Fill the rest up with water.

It's so good and I've become addicted to it. I also tried it a few months ago without drinking any caffeine and lost three pounds. I then became lazy and saw that I could lose weight and quit drinking it and started back into my old habits.

Train like a beast, look like a beauty.

Hello beautiful bloggers!

I just want to take a second to blog about my workout routine! I just started it. My boyfriend is having his Fraternity Semi-formal on Wednesday, (I know who has a formal on a Wednesday)? Crazy right? Anyways, I went to try on dresses with my mom and could not find anything at all to wear.
I will be open and honest. I have gained so much weight. I went into a depression and just ate McDonalds, Zaxby's, Krystals, or any other fast food since the beginning of this semester. I barely ever cooked or ate healthy. I also use to weight 115-120 and looked great. Now I weight 135 and I have a gut hanging out. I'm not saying that is fat or anything, but for my height and width, it just looks like I'm chubby.
After my mom pointed out that I have gained weight, it really made me want to change my lifestyle and the way I eat. I also HATE working out. I think it is so boring. I hate running or walking on the treadmill and then going to the elliptical. I just don't have that motivation. Instead, I found an amazing website and wonderful trainer. Of course, I cannot afford a trainer but it's free! All you have to do is join the email mailing list for workouts,recipes, and everything else you need to be successful during your weight-loss journey.

I started doing POP Pilates for Beginners and I love it.
Cassey is such a wonderful, inspirational, and amazing person. She really got me in the spirit and motivated me to do something and get a better shaped body.

Therefore, I started Day One / Week One and it really did kill me.
However, I loved EVERY SECOND OF IT!
After I got done, I felt so good about myself. Now I can't wait to workout tomorrow and the next four weeks. I will keep you posted on how it goes! Go check it out for yourself!
