ABC Easy As 1 2 3.

Hello lovely bloggers,

I just finished Day 2 Week One of Blogilates and I feel wonderful.

This time I had to:
Wake up and do a 1 minute plank (check)
POP Pilates for Beginners (check)
ABC Abs (check)

The ABC Abs KILLED me! You should most def try it!

While I'm on this "weight-loss journey," I am drinking lots of water. I actually found a water that is supposedly supposed to help your appetite and help with weight-loss which I have been doing as well. It's actually pretty tasty because I really do not like fruit but this is delish.

The recipe is:

Fill your water bottle half way up with ice
5 Strawberries (Cut them in half) = 10
1 lemon (cut in half and use both) = 2
Mint leaves (I use however many)

Fill the rest up with water.

It's so good and I've become addicted to it. I also tried it a few months ago without drinking any caffeine and lost three pounds. I then became lazy and saw that I could lose weight and quit drinking it and started back into my old habits.
